Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the YoTurf app and this website (together, "the Service"), operated by YoTurf. By creating an account or booking a turf through YoTurf, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use YoTurf

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use YoTurf. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your phone number and name.

2. Account & login

Login is via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone number. You are responsible for keeping access to your registered phone number secure — anyone who can receive your OTP can access your account.

3. Bookings

When you book a slot through YoTurf, you are entering into a booking with the turf owner for use of their facility at the selected date and time. YoTurf facilitates the booking and payment; the turf owner is responsible for the facility itself being available, safe, and as described in the listing.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. YoTurf does not store your payment card, UPI, or bank details. A booking is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Turf owner responsibilities

Turf owners using YoTurf's owner dashboard are responsible for keeping their listed availability, pricing, and turf details accurate, and for honoring confirmed bookings made through the app.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another user's account, submitting false booking or payment information, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

YoTurf facilitates bookings between players and turf owners but is not responsible for the physical condition of any turf, injuries occurring at a turf, or disputes between players and turf owners regarding the facility itself.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
