Delete Your Account
Effective date: August 10, 2026
You can permanently delete your YoTurf account and its data at any time — directly in the app, or by request if you no longer have access to it.
Option 1: Delete in-app (immediate)
This is the fastest way, and works for both player and turf-owner accounts:
- Open the YoTurf app and log in
- Go to Profile
- Tap Account Settings
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
This is immediate and irreversible — there's no recovery period or undo.
Option 2: Request deletion (no app access)
Lost access to your phone number, or can't open the app? Email us from any address, with the phone number your account was registered under:

We verify the request matches the account, then delete it within 7 business days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted

What may be retained
Where required for financial record-keeping — for example a recent payment that's still within a dispute or reconciliation window — related transaction records may be retained briefly after deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy. Razorpay, our payment processor, retains its own transaction records independently under its own policies.
Turf owner accounts
Deleting an owner account removes that owner's login and notification settings. It does not retroactively delete historical booking records that players made — those remain part of each player's own booking history unless that player separately requests deletion.
